Bupa direct mail

  1. I worked on the DM side of Bupa,
    consolidating the new 'shapes' tone
    of voice adopted by their latest TV
    campaign – light, simple and
    accessible. The client had been
    anxious that it wasn't possible to
    do, and were firmly wedded to the
    previous 'lifestyle' photographic
    route; but they were pleasantly
    surprised to see how successfully
    the new style adapted to print.
